You always have 14 days of withdrawal from receiving your package. Our delivery times in Europe are 3 days.Usually you have your package within 1-3 business days in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Outside these countries in will take 10 business days for your package to arrive.
For any promotions or holidays, there may be longer delivery times.Warranty and complaint
If the product is defective, you have the right to return the product by notifying us of the defect within a reasonable time after you notice or should have noticed it. You have up to two months to discover the error.
In addition, we have a warranty covering all products that apply for one (1) year. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damage caused by loss, theft, fire or water.
- Faults or damage caused by improper use, tampering (bumps, cuts, drops, etc.), accidents or unjustified repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear (eg minor scratches, wear of leather and fading color, etc.). Discoloration from other products, e.g. jeans.

If you wish to use the warranty, please contact us as soon as possible but within 60 days from the date you discovered the error.
Any complaints may be directed to our customer service. Please provide your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will get back to you with further instructions on returning the item.
Although the product is incorrect and should be returned, it is important that it is treated with care. Whatever the reason for the return, it is important that the product is packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
If a returned product has no errors, we will charge a fee of 100 SEK in the shipping cost. If a product is to be replaced, it is done against a product of the corresponding model. If a particular product is no longer available, you will instead be entitled to a refund.
You can not exchange or return items to us that you have purchased from any of our retailers. Neither can you exchange or return any items at our retailers that you have purchased from us. These returns will not be approved in our system.
