Q: Where are my products sent from?
A: All our products are shipped from our factory in Kumla, Sweden
Q: Why did I not get my package?
A: Sometimes it may take longer to get your package, if you have not received it within 5 working days, you can email us at [email protected]
Q: How quickly can I get my product/s after ordering?
A: We try to work as quickly as possible to ship your order, usually it takes about 1-3 business days (within Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark) after we have received and confirmed your order, unless otherwise agreed. Outside of these countries please expect a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Certain delays may occur during campaigns and holidays.
Q: What warranty do you have?
A: Fashion Tekk's warranty is valid for one year.
In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects.
It includes fit, seams and binders. Fashion Tekk`s warranty covers only the parts mentioned above. To report a warranty case, contact [email protected]
Q: What is not covered by the warranty?
A: Fashion Tekks warranty does not cover:
Defects and damage caused by loss, theft, fire or water damage.
Faults or damage caused by improper use, cravings (strokes, buckles, cuts, cases, etc.), accidents or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear (eg minor scratches, wear of leather or color etc.)
Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.
